Does anyone remember 1980s plane crash after take off in Detroit?

There was only one survivor a 4 or 5 year old girl. I often wonder about her how she is doing as I look through photos of a good friend of mine who was on that flight.

yes, the plane crashed on i94, it was either coming to or from arizona.. On the anniversary of the crash some local news stations wanted to interview her, but she decline, but it sounded like she is ok and married now, if I remember correcly.

You hit me right between the eyes with that one.  I have a friend who lost his Mom and Dad on that flight.  They were flying home from Detroit to Phoenix.  God Bless Their Souls....  What made you think of that crash?
