Does anyone remember 'Waves' restaurant...used to be on Danforth?

I LOVED this restaurant but know it went out of business at least 10 years ago. My favourite dish was called 'Corfu' which was a spicy pasta dish with olives and anchovies. Anyone know who the original chef was? (it was taken over before it closed and the new owners ran it to the ground) Any info would be appreciated about the original 'Waves'.
