undoubtedly something to do with Kenneth williams, and perhaps one of the classic radio programmes like Round the Horn, or similar.

we used to listen to round the horn on the radio and laugh like drains, how they got away with some of the stuff, especially Kenneth williams i shall never know, some was very explicit.
