Does anyone remember McGraths on O'Connell St.,Dublin? And Fibber McGees on Parnell St.?

I used to work there 10 years ago. They were awful kips but mighty craic. Are they still on the go?

jesus christ man, that takes me back!!! Mc Graths is now called Frazers and it is a sports bar more or less, and they show all the celtic v rangers football matches, so it has become home to lots of celtic supporters

Fibbers, was closed down, reopened, closed down and reopened again..it had a few different names, but everyone still calls it fibbers, I think they closed off the beer garden.. but I remember that kip well, there was so much puke on the floor, it was like a skating rink, and they used to cover everything with sawdust, even the stairs!!

but the tunes were good, especially when upstairs was all rock and metal, and downstairs was all house and trance

we used to go in there the odd saturday, and it was like a' summer project' there was so many kids in it
