Does anyone remember a VHS & Board Game in the 90s it was a game you had to solve a mystery?

Its not clue I know that for sure but it had a board where you could go from like certain parts of the world or in the U.S. I am really not sure but I know it was good. You would put the video in and it was like a SPY or something like that GRRRR I wish I knew more but it was soo cool!!!
