Does anyone remember a game called Dark Tower?

I was wondering if anybody remembers the board game dark tower. It came out in 1981 and was pretty technological for its time. I was born in 1980, but i grew up playing it! It was one of my favourite games to play when i was a kid. Just thought i would see if anybody other than my family and my childhood friends have any memories of playing it!

An amazing game for the time!  And still good today.

The processor in it is a 4 bit processor!!! (Geeky description, I know)  :)

Our gaming group has 2 working copies of the game.  We will be running a tournament at the Origins gaming convention.

If you have a copy of the game, hold on to it!  It was pulled from shelves after a very short time due to (of course) legal action.

This makes any existing copies quite rare.

I remember it well. A buddy of mine got it when it first came out. We were about 15 and played it quite a bit. I'll never forget the grinding noise the thing would make as it turned around and played its little tune.

I'd get it to play with my kids, but I don't want to drop 200 bucks on the thing!
