Does anyone remember a nice restaurant in C/S CO that was way up on a hill and you could seeall over the city

Around 20 yrs ago there was a very nice restaurant in Colorado Springs CO that set way up on a hill, and when you went out on the terrace, you could see out over the whole City. If I am remembering correctly the terrace had rocks with small flickering lights in them, (that looked like small firiers. ) This place was very romantic and now that I have moved back I would like to show it to my husband, if it still exsist. I think it may have been called The Sun something or other. If anyone out there remembers this restaurant and it's location, please, please let me know. Thanks so much.
