Does anyone remember a pony board game from the 1990's?

I am trying to remember the name of a board game I used to play as a kid from the 90's. The object of the game was to get cards with matching ponies. One of the pony's names was Jacaranda, and I think another one was named Camille. However, I am pretty sure it was not a My Little Pony game. Thanks for your help!

My thought would be "Herd Your Horses."  It had a variety of different horses, all with their own cards, names and distinct descriptions.  It was released in 1993, which would fit in your time frame.  More info on it here:
