Does anyone remember a restaurant in central London called Magic Moments?

I went here as a kid and remember it being fantastic. It was near Hamleys I think... You went down some stairs, there were portraits on the walls and suddenly one opened to reveal a door. You then had to pull books out of a bookcase until the bookcase moved aside and you could go to your table. Then magicians performed during your meal. What happened to it?
