Does anyone remember on a learning programme, the name of the "magic pen" that wrote out words on the screen?

Unless you're talking about something more recent, that sounds to me like "Picture Pages" with Bill Cosby. Of course, that was like 25 years ago, but it's the first thing I thought of. I remember how much I wanted that pen!  :)

You may be thinking of the learning machanism called Pico.  This was a pen that wrote on a screen that could be attached to the television.  It was out about 1993 or so!!
