Pogs! I remember wen those were banned from my elementary school because we kids were too busy trading and not studying.

Your best bet for finding some would be to go on E-Bay, or if you have a really eccentric toy/hobby store that is independently owned around your town, go and ask the owner. There's bound to be a collector out there somewhere.

If I remember correctly, the way to play was to stack all the pogs face-down in piles of equal number. I think we used to do stacks of about 25, or sometimes we would just do one huge stack. Then you take the "slammer" which is the thick pog made of plastic and toss it downward at the pile of pogs. Whichever ones were turned face-up from the impact were your winnings. Each player takes turns throwing their slammer and collecting pogs. The one with the most pogs at the end wins.
