Does anyone remember??

Question

when i was younger i remember going to sonic all the time with my mom and getting Picolos (fried pickles) THey were sooo good.. and they stopped making them forever ago.. does anyone know a place where they have them??

We have a place here in Detroit (not sure if it is anywhere else, but you can google them and find out) called Happy's Pizza.  They just started offering fried pickles.  I haven't had a chance to try them yet so I couldn't tell you if they are any good.  Hope this helps!

Try state and county fairs.  They fry everything.  And yes, I have seen fried pickles.  Which sounds as bad to me as fried Spam.  Yes, that was at the fair too!

but if you really want some good ones, try making them at home. It's easy, just query on "fried pickles recipe" on the web! Good Luck!

I love fried pickles with ranch dressing. So good! Try any chain restaurant such as Apple Bees, Red Lobster, Chilies, TGI Fridays,Olive Garden, they usually have those as appetizers. Or try any pizza place. They shouldn't be too hard to make at home. Making me hungry , almost lunch time. Good luck!
