Does anyone remember that mint custard we had at primary school back in the early 80's-90's (in the UK)?

If so, has anyone got the recipe?

I absolutely loved it with chocolate concrete (which i have the recipe for). But i would love to make it complete and make the mint custard also :o) Anyone know how with a recipe? Thanks!

Dont have recipe but that brings back memorys.it was lovely.the pink one sticks out clearly in my mind but nobody remembers it :(

oh i hated the semolina pudding .....nasty.. i liked the jam sponge though i would not say the custard was nice, but ok .  i think you need a big fat dinner lady to mix up the custard thats what makes the taste and get a drink in a silver jug.

I remember it! Tasted fabulous for the first couple of spoonfuls then as your taste-buds got used to the flavour it went dull! A bit like "chocolate custard"

we, do it with normal custard and add peppermint flavouring and green food colouring, could you post your recipe for chocolate concrete pleaase!!!

Nope, I remember semolina with a dollop of jam though, bleugh.
