Does anyone remember the Hello Milwaukee, Indiana, and Pittsburgh ad campaigns?

In looking around youtube I came across these videos for Hello Milwaukee and then others as well. Why did they stop? It would be great for them to bring that back especially in a time when most news is so negative. Just seeing those ads make me happier. Here are some links.
