Does anyone remember the Tejas Chicken sandwich at Chili's?

I loved this sandwich...it was SO good! Does anyone know why they took it off the menu? Or does anyone have a copycat recipe so I can make it at home?

    Where do you live? The place I live in has a Chili's right across the corner and I just had that about two weeks ago.
