Does anyone remember the bow and arrow game where you shot the red balloons and where can i find it?

it was like a green screen and you moved the guy up and down. and on other levels you'd shoot bubbles of targets or birds.

I believe it has been discontinued. I have it on my old laptop but can not load it on my new one.
