Does anyone remember the name of this game?

ok this was from my childhood so i will tell you what i can remember...its a board game of do's and dont's...each player starts out with a set number of chips as you go through the game you draw from either pile for a total of i believe five of each cards..they are set in the middle of the board where a buzzard is...the do's are facing down and the dont's i believe face up.... be fore you can start your turn you have to complete each of the do's in order such as rubbing you belly then clapping twice and such...if you cant remember someone can buzz you can take a chip...you cannot do any of the five dont's that have been selected such as don't put your elbow on the table or don't say the word turn...if you do someone can buzz you and take your chip as the game goes on the do's and dont's continually change at the end of the game the player with the most chips wins..........does this ring a bell for anyone??
