  1. You mean your own number? I didn't know they had a number you  dial for that. Information 1-(area code)-555-1212. For local it depends on the phone company,here for information to get a number in the town you live in '811'.  Do you have current phone book? look there or call your phone company for help. This might be towards the front of your phonebook too.


  2. Dial 1-866-692-6447.   You will hear an automated voice giving you the ANI or Automatic Number Identification for the line you are using.

  3. It's 958  this  works  for  cordless  phones  too

  4. it is called ANI, automatic number identification, and all telcos use different codes to recover that info.

    I used to have access to one that worked from all areas, but AT&T has since closed that service too.

    If you can find a phone man that will tell you the ANI number, you will be lucky because the telcos do not want the access tied up with non employee users.
