Does anyone remember the theatrical ending to Nightmare Before Christmas?

When Nightmare before Christmas first came out in the theater, it ended with Santa coming back to visit Jack and Sally and they were married and had babies and Santa said to Jack "next time you want to take over someone Else's holiday take over Easter". This is on the original Soundtrack but it was not in the theater when they released it in 3D or been on the DVDs. Does any one else remember this ending? Does anyone know if it is on the New Special Edition that is coming out?

Um.... nope, it was not in a theatrical release.  (theatrical meaning movie or theater)

You phrased your main question wrong, when you were talking about the soundtrack.

I listened to the old soundtrack last night.  You are right.  It is on track 19.  Just the voice of "Santa" narrating how he "visited Jack some years later" and it goes on from there.

I do remember this(I think), but I don't know if it's on the new edition. Probably not if they're just making the video better quality, but if they remake it completely there is a chance.
