Does anyone remember this game and record?

K-Tel Super Star Chance-A-Tune had a 1973 game along with a record that had Hit, Flop, Break Even on both sides. I remember this game only the record part and found out it came with a game creating your own music then you play the record to see if your song is a flop or a hit. anyone?
