Does anyone remember this "toy" from the 80's?

These were individual "clip ons" and attached to a chain or I used to attach them all to themselves. They were like miniature toys. I remember having a whistle, record player, tennis racket, etc. There were tons of them. I can't for the life of me remember what they were and neither can anyone else I ask.

I remember them!

After some searching I've finally found out they're called Charmies.

I've only found a few pages with pictures of them and none that really give much information about them.
