Does anyone remember those photo labs that were in shopping mall parking lots?

Back when I was a kid during the early to late 1980s I remember those photo booths where you would drop off your film to be developed, but I can't remember the company that had those drop off booths.

It was Fotomat, I think they were owned by Kodak.

I always felt sorry for the person in the booth. It was like being in a public jail cell.

It's funny that you mentioned those booths, I didn't realize they had disappeared until I read your question.
