Does anyone remember weird learn Japanese videos called irrishai or something along those lines?

I watched them in highschool during my Japanese language classes...and if i'm not mistaken they were shown on Georgia public broadcasting quite a few years ago. They had a weird *** japanese guy.......and they were quite entertaining. I am trying to remember if they were called Irisshai or something like this, but I cannot remember. Has anyone seen these before?

Irrashai? That means "welcome" in Japanese.

I've never seen it before, but I hope the correct spelling of the title helps.
