Question:

Does anyone remember what their first argument with their partner was about?

I'm not trying to be nosy, I''m just asking couples if they happen to remember what it was about. Do you look back on it and laugh or was it more serious? Are there any couples that have been together for a long time that can remember?

  1. My partner is a very honest and blunt person. He doesn't like to sugar coat things, he will tell you as it is. I was not used to such blunt honesty from a man and first it happened I thought he was being sarcastic and trying to make fun of me and it escalated from there. It quickly resolved and I'm so ridiculously happy to have such a man who will tell me how it is and not what I want to hear sometimes, lol. That's why I trust him so much.

  3. LOL....IVE BEEN WITH MY COUPLE FOR 5 YRS.. AND I REALLY DNT REMEMBER OUR FIRST FIGHT I GUESS CAUSE ITS BEEN SO MANY (LOL) BUT I DO GO BACK AND I JUST LAUGH CAUSE BACK THEN IT WAS SO SERIOUS AND NOW I SEE AS MAN THAT WAS STUPID...

Yes, I hadn't lived together with my Husband before we got married so I didn't know the little details.  Our first argument was how we wash up the dishes.  I use a plug and fill the sink, he likes to run the tap.  I remember being so angry and thinking what have I got myself into but we eventually worked things out - it was so petty lol.

    Well, he spotted a buck deer and wanted to get a better look and just took off running.   He was quite a bit ahead of me as it was, and I had no idea where he'd gone and I didn't know if he was going to get lost or if I was going to get lost.  He was gone for about 20 minutes and I was pretty mad that he just left me there.  He acted like it was no big deal and I was getting all worked up for nothing.  

    I'm still not sure if he's right and it was no big deal, or if that was a really rude thing to do......
