Does anyone rent with Aaron Sales and Lease?

What happens, besides the continuous phone calls, if you do not pay your furniture bill with them in a month? Do they come and pick up the merchandise or are you just fined??

I would have called them and talked to them before I was late with a payment.  They have the right to come and get the merchandise.  If it isn't available, you could be charged with a criminal offense-theft-as well as a civil one-breach of contract.  Call them.  They want your business, they will work with you if they can.

They will try to come pick it up and if they do not succeed  they may file a police report because the property is considered stolen.

I have rented from Aaron's and it is in your contract.

Check the lease agreement. I'm sure there's a section in the paper work that outlines defaulting on payments. If all else fails, give them a call and ask. Good luck.
