Does anyone run the line between Albuquerque and Belen NM?

Just wondering how important of a line this is, I know it has become increasingly more important now with the railrunner commuter servcice but how about with the freight?

I'm not sure about freight but I believe the line is almost exclusively used for the Railrunner commuter service nowadays as BNSF Railway favors its Transcon line to move east-west freights (between Chicago and the West Coast).  Railrunner or another commuter service also will soon operate to Denver as BNSF is giving up Raton Pass to the State of New Mexico for this purpose.

The state of New mexico is buying the line from BNSF already BNSF has plans to give up on freight service on the Raton Pass line that links Denver and Albuquerque
