  1. If there are several "sparks" at one time then that is caused by fatigue or rapid change in blood pressure.  However if you see flashes of lights that look like lightening bolts followed by blackspots that is an ophthalmological emergency.

  2. No need to be scared.  I've had this same thing happen.  Sparkly, splotchy-like floaters would pop up into my visual field.  It would generally begin as a crescent shape, off to the side, and sometimes move into annoying place that would obstruct what I'm focusing on in my vision.  My opthomalogist calls this an "optic migraine" which could be accompanied with a headache or no pain at all.  He's also refered to this as seeing "auras".  These episodes have only lasted for a few minutes and (rarely up to about an hour).  As far as the cause I'm not sure, maybe stress and/or eye strain.  I think asking your eye doctor should absolve any fear you're having about it.

  3. Ya that happens to me alot. But if u see cloros then that mines u might pass out.

  4. ive had it. no biggie....

you can get similar effects if you close your eyes then rub your eyeballs with pressure on them for a long tim

  5. when exposed to sun, bright light, or computer this may happen, try darkening up your computer screen a bit

  6. There is nothing to be scared of that is perfectly normal. It happens from staring at something for a long time. You'll be ok.

  7. Is it kinda fluro dots and does it happen when you get up suddenly from sitting or lying down and you also feel kinda dizzy when you see them? It could be low blood pressure
