Does anyone shop e-bay?

Question

I tried to get on ebay today to purchase a cellular phone and it says my account has been suspended. The only thing I had purchased was a diaper bag and that was paid in full 2 years ago. I have tried to contact them but no answer. What else can i do to find out why account has been suspended and how can I get unsuspended?

I use ebay quite frequently. I would suggest using their Live Help selection. This is located at the top right hand corner underneath where it says Buy, Sell, My Ebay,Community, and Help. This link actually hooks you up with a live representative and I've used it before when i've had an issue that I couldn't resolve. It's worked best for me. If they can't give you an answer, they will give you an exact site or phone # to call that will answer your problem. Good luck & hope this helps!
