Shiawase wa kurai toki demo mitsukeru kotoga dekimasu.

Lit: Happiness is even in dark times, something you can find.

N.B. 'Hakken' (in the above answer) means to discover.

"Shiawase ga kurai ni hakken suru koto ga dekimasu."
