Does anyone stay at the Wyndham hotel at chelsea Harbour?

it used to be the conrad, i used to stay there often, but once they changed the company, we stopped going there ! Just wondering if any of u do ? Have things changed there? If uu haven't visited the hotel at the time it was the conrad, can u just describe to me in detail how it currently is? rooms, staff, etcc..
