  1. Well, MSM isn't "needed" for daily nutrition, but it's a great source of Sulfur, which your body needs for proper joint and optimal health of the connective tissues (ligaments, tendons, skin, etc).

    If you don't take MSM, your body will still work and you won't die from a deficiency by any means... but your skin and joints (among other things) will be much healthier with a proper daily dosage (typically 500-1500 mg daily). Good luck!


  2. It is really important if you are an old f**t with arthritis like I am.Old bodies do not make enough sulphur.    MSM supplements relieve a whole lot of pain in the joints and back. It keeps me healthy enough to work everyday and take care of my old hubby and our old house. Not being in pain is a great help to those around us because they do not have to listen to us complain as much.
