i hear you...i used to have your problem and solved it by switching banks--i have to walk a little farther, but at least my bank has people accessible when i need help. Good luck!

You are probably safe if you have an account (Fed insurance to $100K).  Though, if they fail, it may take a while to get your money back.  But, I certainly would not buy their stock.  They are having some major financial problems.  I watch their stock (WM) drop on almost a daily basis.
