Does anyone the process of ordering online with NEXT directory.?

its so confusing and what is the credits and how do you get it/use it? also how do i close the account if i no longer want to use it?

You open an account, shop online and then get sent monthly bills (where you either pay the full amount off or just the minimum).

If you want to close the account you have to phone them up with your customer number. Hth
