Does anyone there know how to use their b.t.telephone and get someone to talk to.?

every time i use the phone to talk to any agency from gas to you name it all i get is delay and instuctions what has gone wrong with talking to someone has english gone out of fashion in this country.

English is not out of fashion, but talking to an English person certainly is, that is if you ever manage to speak to a person.

Which is another reason as to why I switched to a very much better provider, a provider that actually has English speakers and actually allows you to speak to them.

The fact that they are cheaper than BT was also a factor.
