I think we are setting the bar too high for this kid. I want to see him race at least one Nationwide race and then I'll let you know.

I'm sure he will once he turns 18 and he is old enough to race in Nascar. Arca/Remax is not affiliated with Nascar. He will be some awesome equipment with JGR.

Yes, some. He is surrounded by great people, Tony Stewart, Kyle Busch, and Denny Hamlin would be great mentors For him to learn off. And when he races full time, i think he could win the Nationwide series title.

Hay if he can win an Arca race on his first try(In Dominating fashion I might add!) I think he can do anything he sets his mind to. Also I'm sure one if not all of the Gibbs Cup regulars(Tony, Denny,and Kyle) will he there to help him if he needs anything. I think he will be in pretty good shape for his first Nationwide race on May 30th!

You must mean in the Nationwide Series.  Once he steps up to that level, it'll be harder for him to win since some of the cup drivers run a full schedule.  I predict he won't win any Nationswide races this season, but he should be able to get a few top 10's.

Hopefully he can handle all the hype that's been placed on him, listening to some, the kid's like the second coming or something, hey Joey, no pressure or anything..

I think he'll be fine, it's going to be tough, but he might be able to pull out a win.

It would be hard to bet against him, he will be in some of the best cars in the Nationwide series.  BUT that is a lot to expect of young driver no matter how much talent he has.  I will not be shocked if he does but I will not be disapointed if he doesn't either.

he has.  the arca race at the newly re-opened rockingham speedway - and that in his first arca/remax series race attempt ever.

will he win in the nationwide series this year?  i'd bet the farm on it...  this kid's won nearly everything he's raced.  and, he'll have the best car out there so far this year (the 20), at least by its track record so far.  all the other jgr drivers have won in it, and that team is on a roll...  

i wouldn't be surprised to see him win his first race in his first attempt, at dover in two weeks. it will be great to see him, tony, rowdy and denny tearing it up in the nationwide series...

ps.  wes, starting so late into the series, he is HIGHLY unlikely to win the nationwide series title, at least not this year.  as for when and where he might win, if he doesn't jump right out of the blocks and win at loudon, definitely look to him to be a serious contender in any races when the cup series is on a break, or when the NNS and Cup Series are racing in different locations - when fewer cup series regulars are in the race.

pps. hound dog, really?  i never knew that...  of course they are related.  they are not the same series, but many drivers come up through the arca series - some have even raced in both during the same year.  and many of the cars run in the arca series today are ex-nascar series cars.  my point was two-fold - the user asked if logano will win A race this year, and yes, he already has.  not a nascar race, but it is a race, and in a car similar to, if not exactly one of, the "cars of yesterday" from the sprint cup, which are like more like the nationwide series cars of today than are the COTs.  second, i was just making the point that the guy hops into his first ever arca series race and beats all the regulars, in his first attempt.  hasn't been done too often, if at all...

Yes he will. I already have predicted that he will win at least 2 races and very well could win his first next week in Dover. The kid is a phenominal driver and will win races and championships not just in Nationwide but in Sprint Cup as well.
