Does anyone think a Victorian team other than Geelong can.....?

.....make the 2008 final eight?

It's a forgone conclusion that the Eagles, Dockers, Crows, Power, Lions & Swans will be there...........As last years premiers Geelong should have a chance - that leaves one position for a Melbourne based club.

Who do you think it may be?

I'M TIPPING-the swans and freo wont make the 8 and instead it'll be stkilda,hawthorn,nth melb,eagles,power,lions,Adelaide and the cats.

freo are terrible and an old list that hasn't improved will see them miss out

and i have a feeling the swans little stint at the top may be over -guts and determination can only last so long

Well I think Freo and Sydney won't make it, but North Melbourne and Hawthorn will be there instead.In fact, I am placing a $100 bet at the TAB that North will finish in the top 4.

Crows? No I don't think they will make it in 08', neither will the Swans, I believe that St Kilda will finish top 3 and Hawthorn will also finish in the top 8 along with (I hate saying this name) Collingwood.

Eagles,Dockers to finally live up to their promise, Lions are back on the rise, Power to finish just inside the top 8, so in conclusion, four interstate teams and four Vic teams, My team to finish second last this year, Melbourne.

Yeah, I agree the Hawkes may be the other team from Victoria to scrape into the top 8.
