I believe some technology is good(cancer treatments, chemo etc.) but do we really need most of it. the indians lived just fine until we took their land. we keep buiding our technology until there will be no use for us to live really. I believe artificial intelegence will be the next for of life or so to speak. and yet we still feel driven to go in that path.

  1. Theyr'e are many variable in the causes and effects in technology, For instence: As we go more and more into the 21st century our communication skills will go down to an all time low with text messaging, aim, chat rooms, etc. But there are also many positive outcomes like space technology nd long distance communication. The future of technology will most likely be positive effects and consequences, Acess to te internet from various telecommunications has allowed many varients to o faster and more efficiently

  2. hi! I be live in this too,but as time goes more technology is put to use so we have to move with the times,a lot of work was done by hand in the past but now we have machines to do this jobs for us,it is very true there will be a time when everything will be done by machines but the human brain will be its main sou res of con trol so overall it will be the humans who will surf fer.

This in all also shows that even if all is done by machines the overall con troller is the human so in other ways it also proved that there is an overall controller of this universe which we live in and this is God and he has said that the human race will reach its peak of know edge but then it Will claim to be God and this will be the end of the world.

so technology is good but to its limit.

  3. It's because the technology that we have created wasn't finished - it wasn't made 'closed circuit' so to speak.

the only problem-free technology that we have are battery-operated electronics, otherwise we're relying on shared demand which ultimately means that there is a market, and that market combined with technology is the problem.

Like a metaphorical short-fuse, but with technological evolution.

  4. your path is all you need to worry about.tecnology has been set on the porch for so long you wont see much change in your life so live it up.camp fires and guitars is my motto.when i was young we use to think we would be flying around in little magic jetson cars by now.but no its all about control.make your own destiny

  5. Certainly easier. I LOVE technology and I have a very positive outlook on it all.

  6. Technology tends to solve a lot of the problems it creates; certainly we can survive as the Indians did.... but not as comfortably. Technology is...evolution, its the direction of humanity...its simply development.

Even the Indians had technology...any implements/tools they utilised were developments and thus technology, albeit at its lowest form.

I believe that technology has certainly caused some harm to the environment, however, its the only way to move forward....progress.

  7. Human beings are an evolutionary dead-end, and we will probably take most of the species on Earth with us.  Sad, but true. Look at the facts.  We can't control our breeding, we really don't care much about each other, we constantly fight, and we are more concerned with making a few buck in the short run than with the quality of our lives over the long term.

The funny thing is: People that 'sell-out' are considered responsible, but they will, in the end, be the death of us all.
