as long as the universe has been around humans have only existed for a split second. keep in mind that we humans created time which just means days night and the different times of the year. if there were no planet earth would there be time? and if so how would it be measured? who would care enough to think that theres a need to measure time?

Yes. Ours is a society in complete decay.  I honestly don't think we have more than 6 years left the way the world is today and where it's going.
