  1. I don't... I I can't eat the stuff, without feeling sick...well I appreciate that it fills my stomach I guess, but I would rather something more enjoyable to be in my tum than that.

  3. Yes love it.  Add a few chopped scallions (spring onions) and hey presto instant Irish Champ.

  4. Mix mash with enough flour to make it roll-out-able, and you can do lots more with it - roll it and and cut it into rounds to be fried or baked, with herbs or bacon in it if you like.

    Use it as a pie-topping, or try it round sausages instead of pastry for sausage rolls - you can use veggie sausage & bacon.

    It's nice with cheese in it too!

    But real fresh mash, with real fresh butter, all hot and golden and fragrant.......most appreciable!

  5. Yes, it's so versatile! Add some chopped spring onions and cabbage for colcannon. Add some wholegrain mustard for a little kick! Add bacon and cheese for yumminess! Use it as a pie topping! Live it, breathe it, bathe in it! Mashy Goodness!

  6. I love it. I love it! Most especially with lots of thick gravy. Real mash, not that boxed stuff. Yum!

  7. I do, I try not to eat it too often because it's fattening and I can eat massive quantities without realizing it but if it didn't I would eat it everyday.

  8. I do, especially with a little chopped onion in it, and even a poached egg on top.
