Does anyone use Huggies or Pampers swimming diapers?

This is more informative than a question, but i use the swim diapers for my son and i started thinking how does it not absorb water but it supposed to absorb urine?! Well i put it on my son today and he didnt go in the pool but he was SOAKED in urine, so does this mean it doesnt hold urine either? Does it mean the urine goes in the pool? Does anyone else use them? Have you noticed this problem??

 Our adopted daughter is 15 and when we go swimming,i put a pampers size 8 on her with rubberpants over it under her swimsuit.

answer. a swim diaper pampers splashers or huggie little swimers are for number 2 only. they do not hold urine or water. i want huggies to make a 4t5t swim diaper but they wount do it. I need them for medical reasons. I cant enter the pool without a diaper on. and it would be nice if huggies did that.
