Does anyone use Snapfish and are you happy with their service?

I ordered our vacation prints from Snapfish (first order) the day returned home. That was Feb. 7th. I didn't recieve my prints via USPS until yesterday, Feb. 19th. When I emailed them they blamed the delay on the USPS and said I had to wait a full 10 working days before they'd give me a refund, give me a discount, etc... It wasn't a very good experience for a first time customer.

  1. Yup, use it a fair amount and have had no problem.  If you use the USPS shipping, there's no telling what could happen.  

    I get a message after they've completed the order that says basically "We shipped it, it's up to the carrier now".  7 or 8 days for USPS is a little long, but not totally unheard of.  

    I've used the Walgreen's option, too.  For many items you can order online and pick them up at Walgreen's.  I did that with our baby announcements, worked great.

    If you didn't have a guaranteed delivery date, it sounds like they're being responsive by taking some action by offering a discount on your next order.
