Does anyone use a South Pacific windlass on their boat ? Goods and bads about them please?

Sorry to be dim, Stuart, but I've not heard of it.  Can you enlighten, please?  I have a small narrow boat for use on canals and use the usual ones for those locks.  If you can tell me what a South Pacific is, I'll e-mail appropriate boating friends and ask your question since you've not had any responses yet.

Tuesday p.m.  Tried my best bet, I thought.  A friend who is an off-shore sailor and the biggest aluminium boat builder in the UK, but unfortunately, he's never used a South Pacific.

I have a North Atlantic Breeze More on my boat. The only problem I have is it never works. Other then that I highly recommend it.
