  1. Sure do :) If you don't you're not human. You just "got up on the wrong side of bed" (as they would say).

Exercise, usually does the trick for me. If not friends or family, just chit chats, a little socializing could help.

As long as it doesn't happen EVERY sngle day, you are an average, normal human being.

  2. only if there feeling sad or hateful or ARE sad and hateful

  3. yeah those days are horrible.  Some times when i am having the worst day and i feel absolutely miserable i will tell myself it is going to be a great day and smile.  Then i try to think of something that actually did make me smile, or made me feel good.  Sometimes it will work for a while other times it works for 10 minutes and start to feel like c**p.

Another thing you can do is set a goal for the day.  Whether it be go for a walk or just get some work done.  Setting a goal and then completing that goal will make you feel better because you followed through and you accomplished something.

These tips don't always work, but its worth a try because sometimes they will work.

  4. its weird because i usually wake up happy and then get sad.  You could have depression because when i had bad depression i would get that and just be sad the whole day.

    take the www.lexapro.com

self test to see if you are depressed and if so then go to your doctor and discuss the options. :]

    good luck!

  5. When you first wake up you are not feeling anything at all much.  Then your thoughts start to intrude, so its the thoughts that you need to change.

Write a list of accomplishments, what you have achieved to date, and place these beside your bed before you go to sleep at night.  Then, when you wake up the next morning read through the list out loud so that you are affirming that you are a worthy person.

  6. This sounds very much like depression.  Fortunately it is treatable and there is no shame to asking for help.  I have been on antidepressants for years and they really work though they won't stop you from ever being sad or angry.  Sometimes you can just stop and ask yourself "What's wrong?  What specific thing is making me feel sad or angry right now?"  I have actually been able to talk myself out of feeling sad or anxious by asking myself that question and then setting out to do something about the cause if I can.  Sometimes I just have to tell myself that there is nothing I can do about a situation and since I have no control over it I shouldn't make myself sick worrying about it.  My father was diagnosed with lung cancer a year ago and passed away in April, then my son drowned in June.  Needless to say a pill can't change these things but they have helped me from dwelling on them and gave me the strength to get out of bed in the mornings when all I wanted to do was stay there all day and cry.  Sorry if this is too long but this is one subject I feel very strongly about.

  7. I wake up fine in the morning.

You need somebody to love, Baby :)
