Probably not.

I only personally know of one person around here who had one, and the only reason I found out about them was because their potbelly pig was bored and destroying their apartment and they surrendered him to the rescue I was working at.

Generally, unless you live on a farm or have a lot of land, potbelly pigs aren't ideal pets. People might BUY them as house pets, but they're not going to KEEP them as house pets.
