Only an immediate blood relative (parent, sibling, adult child) or a spouse can sponsor your immigration.  As for working in the US, we have millions of unemployed seeking jobs, the unemployment rate is rising more quickly than at any time in at least the past 30 years, and real per capita income has been declining for over 30 years now.  And there are about a billion people already in line or trying to get in line to immigrate here.  

Sorry, we are full, we have no jobs for you, and if you still want to immigrate, a family member is the only one who can sponsor you, and then it will take up to ten years to actually be allowed to enter the US.
