Does anyone wax their own underarms?

I get mine done at the salon because it's more hygienic and they are proffessionals so they do it properly.

I'd recommend it to everyone! I thought it would hurt the first time I got it done but it actually really doesn't and it doesn't leave those dark shadows. Lasted for almost 2 weeks too after I got it done for the first time :D

that's too sensitive for me... i only wax eyebrows and upper lip

Please do not try at home, I did and it got stuck, even after all precautions.Better to go to professionals, it does not cost much and says for long.

Just scrub twice a week with clearsil soft scrub, it helps in all dark patches.

I never wax mine.

They never get hairy, there is no point in waxing smooth skin!

I wish I could! becuase it looks nicer especially if you have dark hair, but I am just too scurred!!!  I tried epilating once and thought I was going to pass out.

Yes, but I use a wax that is only available to professionals and not to the public.  I have a salon size wax pot at home.  I will say that it's a pain and I usually have a friend do it for me.  Because the hair growth pattern underarms is odd (hairs generally grow in at least two directions) I suggest getting it done by a professional.

it hurts like a gypsy doing your own! Get  a professional more expensive but well worth it! Plus i find it usually lasts longer

veet cold wax strips but first put talcan powder on them (ur underarms) it will hurt less and numb them a bit with ice

(trust it may hurt but its well worth it )
