Does anyone who plays high school soccer have h**l week at their high school?

I just wanted to know if my school was the only one.

I play Football (Soccer) in my HS, and basically yeah you got h**l week, to see who's ready or to get you ready for the season. It sucks but it passes by very fast and before you know it your making plays in the field.

we have 2 weeks of h**l.although it was hard my freshman year it was alot easier my sophmore year because i trained literally all summer long
