Does anyone with AT&T business phone/DSL service receive constant calls to "upgrade" the speed of their DSL?

My office uses AT&T for our phone and DSL. AT&T calls constantly to upgrade our DSL. It's very annoying!!!! I have repeatadly asked them to stop calling. Has anyone experienced this and were you able to get them to stop?

  1. i have dsl w/ at&t @ home.  they constantly send me email to get me to upgrade.  i delete the emails.  it's not a big deal.  do you have caller id?  if you do, then do not answer the phone when at&t calls.

    other wise, you can ask to speak w/ a supervisor and politely state your problem.  try this web site             gethuman.com.  it will give you phone codes so you do not have to wait for the computer to answer the call.  if you follow the codes, you will get in contact w/ a real person.
