  1. The insanely high rate of turnover at Lloyd's TSB is an excellent indication that they, like many call centers, expect an inordinate amount of work and set goals for bonuses far above what any person could reasonably expect to achieve.


  2. My sister in law works at 1 in Peterborough and hates it.  The targets they set are really hard to get. She has been there for 12 years and used to enjoy it but not anymore.  I worked in 1 a few years ago and was bored out of my mind.  The same work day in day out. If you don't mind not using your mind then its ok. its not a challenging job and a hard company to work your way up in.I worked with someone who had been there for 20 years and had not got a promotion. She was always trying and was fantastic at her job but wasn't interested.  Also there not very sympathetic when it comes to kids.  They will usually promote someone who has no kids or grown up kids
