Does anyone work for Convergys ?

I recently had to cancel my interview with them because I am going out of town. Does anyone know if it's a good place to work? A woman at my church told me about it and said it was a hotline number but the website doesn't really state that. Can you tell me what exactly you would be doing there? Does it pay good, is it based on commission? Do they lay people off? Is it easy to get hired there?

Well people that work there answer phone calls, and its different phone company departments there...you will make between 8 and 10 dollars. I'm sure they lay people off if they are not doing their job. It is pretty easy to get hired...you just have to pass a small test that they give....once you pass your almost guranteed a spot.

I just checked out their site and it appears it is  a customer service call center.
